Actress Jodie Whittaker, who plays The Thirteenth Doctor on Doctor Who, has shared another comforting message; this time about her top tips for what to do during your time in self-isolation.
The doctor, in her her full costume, has returned to provide us with hope, optimism and tips for self isolation; the importance of which, cannot be underestimated. It’s appears Doctor Who, as a show and fan base, will continue to provide us with messages and stories too keep us going, during these difficult times.
In her message, Whittaker tells us: “[To] stay in touch with your friends [and] your family”.
“Be thoughtful, think of others”.
“Stay Active, even in the smallest of spaces…. Human bodies release endorphins when you exercise, which trigger a positive physical feeling”, (she’s very jealous of that).
“Think creatively to keep entertained”.
“I have total confidence in you to have a laugh”.
“Finally, stay strong, stay positive, you’re amazing”.
“Things will improve, and you’re a big part of making sure they do”.
