What is a sexual experiment? I mainly think of the obvious which is, of course, experimenting with boys and girls (nothing wrong with that; I did it, and it stuck), but it goes so much further than just kissing someone of the same sex.
As I write this, I can feel my toes curling, and I’m cringing and sweating because I am a self-confessed prude but hey ho, what can you do? I think many of us are scared to experiment sexually because we are afraid; I mean what happens when you actually like the thing you’ve tried? What happens if it’s something that isn’t ‘conventional’ or ‘the norm’?
I for one have experienced this exact question over again. All you need to do is to throw your thoughts and fears out of the window. There is nothing wrong with experimenting; you do what you gotta do.
I think it all comes down to finding the right person to experiment with and making sure they’re comfortable with it. Whether it’s biting, spanking, role play, experimenting with the same sex, etc. I’m pretty sure I’ve done them all, apart from leather and bondage and stuff… they’re not for me.
They’re called experiments for a reason. We wouldn’t have half of the things we have in today’s day and age if it weren’t for experiments. Did you think Mary Berry just came up with the perfect Victoria sponge recipe? Nobody’s that perfect, not even Mary, dare I say it.
I’ve experimented and lived to tell the tale; I honestly have no cons from trying the things that I’ve tried and doing the things that I’ve done. You might find that people have experimented in the same way, if not similar.
No, I’m not telling you to scream from mountain peaks “I KISSED GIRLS AND I LIKED IT” or “I LOVE LEATHER,” (I mean if you want to, go ahead) but you can do these things and be discreet or be open with them. Be fluid and do what you want to do: if you’ve had the thought: “I wonder what that’s like,” scratch the itch and do it!
