It’s Christmas! Yes, it’s that time of year again, the time for giving and sharing, family and friends, but most importantly, The Pantomime! This year, at the University of Hertfordshire, we are putting on the pantomime ‘Robin Hood: A Game of Crowns’. It’s going to be a great show, as well as a laugh for all the audience.
“It’s going well,” said Director Stephanie Gallimore. “We’ve had a few stumbles but it’s picking up pace, ready for the performances. We have a talented cast and a funny script that always leaves me laughing at every rehearsal!”
The panto is THIS WEEKEND in Prince Edward Hall, College Lane, Saturday 13th 19:30 and Sunday 14th 13:00 and 19:30. Tickets are £4 or £3 concessions and are available at either SU reception and online at Hertfordshire.su, as well as on the door. 10% of the money raised will go to charity.
This is the biggest play put on by the Drama Society, having the largest cast. As well as this, we are collaborating with the Hertfordshire SU Musicians Society for Robin Hood, making it even bigger and better. On top of all of this, in the Forum on Friday at 12:30 there will be a flash mob, to give you a little glimpse into just how good this year of drama is going to be!
So please do come and see the show, it will be well worth it, and what better way is there to get ready for Christmas!
