What separates you from the other candidates: What separates me is that not only do I have bold ideas, I also have the know-how to solve these issues. Also I used to be a Students’ Union President.

What experience do you have that prepared you for the role:

I used to be a Students’ Union President at my old SU, so I have plenty of experience fighting for students and their causes. We ran a campaign that won back £2.5 million for their bus subsidies too!!

What are the top three skills you bring to the job?

Leadership, character and Drive

Who is your inspiration?

Bill Hicks

What are you most proud of doing at Herts?

Showing that teenage dads can still go to Uni and succeed.

If you could change one thing about the university, what would it be?

I want this University to be known for not just great students and courses, but also for activists and championing causes.

What’s your favourite memory at Herts?

Running for election in my first year

What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s happened to you here?

Haven’t you seen my election videos? Either them or sleeping in the LRC

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Hopefully involved in local activism or politics
